Holition launches second generation augmented retail platform at BaselWorld 2010

Holition will showcase real time, light reflective, fully immersive 3D technology to enhance the customer brand experience

London, UK, 01 March – Holition, the leader in augmented retail and luxury brand experience, today announces that it will be attending BaselWorld 2010, Europe’s largest watch and jewellery show, to support the launch of the first major globally renowned watch brand to feature Holition’s unique high quality 3D virtual reality application.

Holition has developed a unique fully interactive augmented reality application that allows customers to try on in real-time a virtual product in full 3D, online from their own computer or laptop or through a store console.
The second generation Holition platform enables a seamless and fully immersive experience, offering exceptional real time, light reflecting detail that brings the product to life as if it were actually being worn.

Holition was first demonstrated to the market at last years BaselWorld and has continuously improved the quality of its application to the point where today, the second generation application meets the highest standards of quality and service demanded by today’s global luxury leaders. The distinct features of the second generation application include the quality of the computer aided design, the ability to support branded content through streamed media and the overall business support mechanism.
